Answer by Bernd Bausch for In the dashboard: Under the Project -> Compute -> Instances: I new create a instace, named test02, and its ip address is :10.0.0.7 and the floating ip is 172.24.4.12, I just want to know can I config the floating ip to a public ip, so the public network can access it.

To do this, you need to deploy your cloud so that the external network corresponds to a physical network.
